Sicily yellow gold earrings with medal pendant

Leverback earrings composed of three elements that flow elegantly from top to bottom in the following order. a clover made up of black sapphires, a medallion depicting the Virgin Mary adorned with a gold frame manufactured “as filigree”, and a black jade bipyramidal prism manually attached to the second element. The back of the clasp is engraved with the DOLCE&GABBANA logo.
